Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact for employee and manager HR questions, providing mentorship on policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
  • •Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processes, and advance complex employee relations matters and investigations.
  • •Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities; process employee status changes and HR transactions while maintaining accurate HR records.
  • •Support performance management and compensation activities, including annual performance review and goal-setting processes, plus recognition and engagement initiatives.
  • •Plan and complete HR projects and process improvements; generate HR metrics and reports, and maintain HR dashboards to track workforce trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •4–7 years of progressive HR experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • •Ability to manage a high-volume workload, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow projects through to completion.
  • •Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines; proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
