Job Summary

Serve as a key HR partner to employees and managers across multiple HR functions. Handle employee and manager HR questions, employee relations matters, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and HR transaction processing while maintaining accurate HR records. Support performance review and goal setting, recognition and engagement initiatives, and HR project/process improvements. Generate HR metrics and dashboards, monitor workforce trends, and partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other teams to drive an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the main point of contact for employee and manager HR questions, providing mentorship on policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
•Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processes, and advance complex employee relations matters and investigations.
•Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities; process employee status changes and HR transactions while maintaining accurate HR records.
•Support performance management and compensation activities, including annual performance review and goal-setting processes, plus recognition and engagement initiatives.
•Plan and complete HR projects and process improvements; generate HR metrics and reports, and maintain HR dashboards to track workforce trends.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•4–7 years of progressive HR experience supporting onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
•Ability to manage a high-volume workload, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow projects through to completion.
•Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines; proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
