Review and interpret trust indentures for CLO/GSF structured finance deals, building technical report specifications and setting up payment calculations in in-house systems. Reconcile periodic collateral data and perform portfolio compliance “trade testing” across structured fixed-income vehicles. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports, conduct quality control for timeliness and accuracy, and collaborate with operations, asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

•Proficient computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
