Key Responsibilities

•Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Quince's CRM and Retention Technology, working with senior leadership and data teams.
•Be the subject matter expert in CRM data, lifecycle tooling, and the platforms used; optimize current stack.
•Collaborate with retention marketing, data science, and engineering to develop lifecycle orchestration, segmentation, and personalization tech.
•Build autonomous systems to monitor and deliver personalized communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
•Develop a platform to integrate multiple CRM channels and connect lifecycle signals to growth and acquisition teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 281,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience defining and launching excellent products.
•AI and technical background.
•Experience with CRM platforms, ESPs, CDPs, lifecycle automation, experimentation, and personalization tools.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Capable of tackling very loosely defined problems.
