Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security and home automation systems for customers in the field. Serve as Vivint’s face in home visits while evaluating needs and recommending equipment upgrades or service enhancements. Educate homeowners on how to use their new systems, follow safety procedures during each job, and grow through virtual and on-the-job training plus ongoing coaching. This role combines technical expertise with consultative sales.
