Job Summary

Provide trusted, client-first financial guidance as part of the branch team by uncovering clients’ needs through in-person conversations and proactive calling. Drive new customer acquisition and deepen relationships by recommending tailored financial wellness solutions. Open and manage consumer and small business accounts, support teller transactions as needed, ensure compliance with operational and risk procedures, and help maintain strong branch execution through huddles and debriefs.

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging every client and teammate and focusing on positive personal, professional, and financial impact.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations to support goals.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
•Open personal and business accounts and deposit/credit products (e.g., consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs).
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions; support branch operations and teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required); bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 1 year developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales is more important than prior financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
