Lead daily store operations for an F&B hospitality group, driving sales and profitability in Riyadh. Manage and train staff, ensure excellent customer service, monitor inventory, and uphold hygiene and food safety standards while controlling expenses. Collaborate with brand concepts SALT, Parker's, Somewhere, Public, Kumo, and Shalwa; implement quality controls, prepare operational reports, and optimize POS and systems to support growth.
