Drive the growth of TikTok Shop’s Shopping Center business in Spain by owning channel operations and a local growth strategy. Key Responsibilities

•Own Shopping Center channel assortment management and optimize subsidy strategy using local Spanish consumer trends and seasonal demand to identify product opportunities and execute campaigns.
•Improve product cold-start efficiency in Spain by developing incubation strategies from first order (0-to-1) through scaling (1-to-10) to increase sell-through efficiency.
•Optimize the user journey to improve Shopping Center visit penetration and engagement, designing and executing subsidy strategies and evaluating subsidy ROI.
•Develop new customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximize full user lifecycle value.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Algorithm, Recommendation, GNE, and central operations) to diagnose traffic, assortment, and user experience issues and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of e-commerce/marketplace/platform operations experience, with shopping center/marketplace/channel ops preferred.
•Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) to collaborate with Chinese internal teams in Mainland China, plus fluent English for local stakeholder collaboration.
•Strong understanding of Spanish e-commerce consumers, including category preferences, seasonal demand, price sensitivity, and the competitive landscape.
•Ability to build and use an operational data/metrics system, analyze the conversion funnel, evaluate subsidy ROI, and design A/B experiments.
•Goal-oriented ownership mindset to independently drive projects from 0 to 1 and strong cross-team communication/collaboration.
