Job Summary

Build, implement, and support robotics process and desktop automations. Design and script automations of moderate complexity and risk, create test plans and test cases, and run performance testing to ensure expected automation behavior. Investigate technical issues with clients and technical staff, document automation capabilities and procedures, and plan schedules, costs, and feasibility for new automation opportunities. Partner with teams on system and application testing across the software development life cycle.
