Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance requirements and processes for avionics systems, software, and hardware in compliance with applicable standards, including Quality Plans and evidence.
  • •Monitor and control internal and external suppliers to ensure adherence to customer requirements and processes.
  • •Identify quality issues during development and in-service phases, perform root-cause analysis, define mitigation/prevention/correction actions, and ensure effective closure with documentation and reporting.
  • •Prepare and lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and certification authorities.
  • •Release products, test equipment, and quality-related documentation; provide guidance and training on standards and quality assurance best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Electrical/Software/Aerospace/Electrotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •Experience in qualification/certification of software and/or complex electronic hardware.
  • •Experience in quality within development/design environments.
  • •Experience with aircraft development standards such as DO-178, DO-278, DO-254, DO-330.
  • •Experience with aircraft—welcomed: Eurofighter, Tornado, or other weapon systems.
