Estimator I

Support the development of accurate, competitive project estimates by assisting with cost analysis, bid strategy, and risk assessment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, review plans/specifications/drawings, and help determine project scope. Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, and validate subcontractor/vendor quotes for competitiveness. Provide support to senior estimators while staying current on estimating tools, technologies, and market conditions.
