Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with executive- and elite-tier HR-centric clients, emphasizing HR compliance and client success.
  • •Advise on employment issues across industries, including investigations, coaching/counseling, reductions in force, ADA/PWFA, leaves of absence, and terminations.
  • •Resolve complex employee relations matters through timely, well-documented consultation and follow-up.
  • •Develop and recommend HR tools and programs such as handbooks, job descriptions, compensation/PTO plans, performance management systems, and hiring/onboarding processes.
  • •Document client interactions in HRIS, use data/reports to identify trends, manage escalations and SLAs, and communicate compliance updates.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of HR experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience/skills).
  • •Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.
  • •Preferred: experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; PRISM and PEO experience.
