Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success team serving SMB and mid-market accounts. Drive retention, expansion, and adoption by shaping onboarding, renewal strategies, and advocacy programs. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product to ensure aligned, scalable processes, data-driven health metrics, and proactive risk management to maximize value realization for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
•Establish clear performance metrics (leading and lagging indicators) and career development paths; conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
•Design and optimize customer journeys from onboarding through renewal; create and refine playbooks for onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and advocacy.
•Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and scalable processes.
•Own renewals and drive expansion opportunities while developing early warning systems for at-risk accounts.

Pay and Benefits
