Job Summary

Build GTM intelligence decision systems that help customer-facing teams prioritize accounts, identify risks and opportunities, select interventions, and measure outcomes. Define and execute a roadmap and methodology, create canonical feature datasets, and ship reliable production SQL/Python workflows with scheduled refresh, serving, monitoring, and versioning. Partner with Technical Success, Analytics Engineering, and Data Engineering to improve adoption and continuously refine models and decision logic.

Key Responsibilities

•Set the roadmap and methodology for GTM intelligence and decision products, using stakeholder discovery to translate decisions into measurable systems.
•Own the full lifecycle of intelligence products: feature definition, evaluation, SQL and Python pipelines, scheduled refresh, serving, versioning, monitoring, and history.
•Build canonical feature datasets across product telemetry, commercial systems, CRM data, customer context, and field activity.
•Choose and apply appropriate methods (heuristics, weighted scores, statistical models, ranking approaches, ML) based on decision and operational constraints.
•Create monitoring and operate reliable production workflows, partnering to improve adoption and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 290,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in applied Data Science, analytics engineering, machine learning, or a related quantitative role with direct ownership of production decision systems.
•Advanced SQL and strong production Python experience, including testing, modularity, monitoring, and maintainability.
•Experience taking a score/signal/recommendation/ranking model or decision rule from prototype into monitored production use.
•Experience with feature engineering, pragmatic model selection, evaluation design, calibration or threshold setting, and ongoing system monitoring.
•Experience building or owning reliable data transformations, canonical datasets, scheduled workflows, and application-facing outputs.
