Information Systems Security Administrator

Support and maintain virtual and physical desktop environments across Windows and Linux systems while delivering in-person, phone, and electronic technical assistance. Perform routine maintenance (antivirus updates, patching, security self-reviews), monitor and troubleshoot servers, software, and hardware, and manage hardware/software assets and user accounts. Create technical documentation and train end users, collaborating with Information Systems Security Engineers to deploy and validate new IT and security solutions in an Agile (Scrum) environment. This role is onsite in Westford, MA.
