Senior Community Manager

Strategize, build, and operate a global community function from the ground up, owning day-to-day engagement across core channels (e.g., Reddit, Discord) while partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, and Support to amplify the learner voice. Drive safety, trust, and delight, scale programs, and lead community health, relationships with moderators and ambassadors, and initiatives that boost participation and long-term value.
