Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee planning, safe execution, and delivery of a portfolio of Environment projects to meet As Sold or better financial KPIs.
  • •Evaluate day-to-day delivery performance, including pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting and budgeting, and performance reporting across client projects.
  • •Provide proactive, hands-on support to project managers for financial monitoring, issue prevention, risk mitigation, root-cause oriented resolution, and recommendations to improve performance.
  • •Lead comprehensive project reviews (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, resourcing, and client-focused agenda) and manage proactive change across cost, revenue, budget, and schedule.
  • •Mentor and direct Project Controls staff and develop project managers, including building PM risk competencies and supporting invoicing and cash collection strategies (including DSO).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a comparable technical or business professional degree.
  • •4+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle record check (MVR).
  • •US Citizenship or Permanent Residency; sponsorship will not be available for this role now or in the future.
  • •Successful candidate must pass a background check.
