Key Responsibilities

  • •Own revenue tech stack implementation, integrations, workflow design, and ongoing management (CRM, BI, sales engagement, CPQ/quoting, conversation intelligence, data enrichment, analytics, internal apps, and related integrations).
  • •Oversee end-to-end technical integrations and rollouts, including migration planning and cutover, partnering with IT on provisioning and security.
  • •Design and enforce Salesforce data model governance (objects/fields, validation rules, required-field and stage-gating logic, permissions, and record-type structure) to ensure structural data quality.
  • •Build and maintain reporting for revenue cadence, including pipeline health views, forecast/quota attainment reporting, and GRR/NRR views with shared data definitions.
  • •Manage RevOps request intake and systems debt backlog by triaging and prioritizing requests, distinguishing between fixes and structural problems, and driving adoption with reusable documentation and enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, business systems, or comparable systems-ownership roles in B2B SaaS.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of a revenue tech stack, serving as the primary owner rather than a contributor to others.
  • •Deep Salesforce administration experience, including data model design, Flow, validation rules, permissions/sharing, and integration architecture (Apex/scripting is an asset).
  • •Hands-on experience with Tableau (or similar) for advanced, business-reliant dashboards and data visualization.
  • •Experience integrating and aligning data across revenue tools to prevent where data breaks between systems.
