Lead complex service delivery workstreams for technical deployments in Canada, guiding solution design, proof-of-concepts, pilots, and delivery planning with estimates and risk management. Collaborate with architects and engineers to establish technical standards and best practices. Manage and administer the PowerFlex environment to ensure operational stability, performance, and incident resolution, while creating documentation and continuous improvement materials to help teams deliver faster and with higher quality.
