Key Responsibilities

•Customer and Account Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their operational needs and identifying opportunities to deliver value through Epiroc’s Rock Drilling Tools offering.
•Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region, with a focus on growing market share, increasing customer engagement and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue.
•Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with business objectives, sales targets and customer requirements.
•Product and Application Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of Epiroc’s Rock Drilling Tools products, applications and value proposition to effectively position solutions with customers.
•CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, forecasts and market intelligence through Salesforce. Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline and account development.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within mining, construction, quarrying or related industrial sectors.
•Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue and market share.

•Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers and support business growth; experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
