Develop customer relationships and identify financial needs using a consultative sales approach, building a customer profile through Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, cross-sell to existing customers, and support outside sales activities. Proactively reach out with approved marketing tools (including CAMP) to set appointments for periodic financial reviews. Process teller transactions, guide CSRs on sales/referrals, and maintain trust, confidentiality, and risk accountability.
