Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate technology-related contracts (NDA, MSA, DPA, service purchase/sale, SaaS, TMA, integration, software development, etc.).
  • •Support operational teams with tender processes (legal pre-requirements, provider evaluation, contract negotiations).
  • •Negotiate and draft contracts for technical and commercial partnerships.
  • •Manage electronic signatures and digital contract archiving.
  • •Monitor legal developments in new technologies and business law, and help digitalize the legal function.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,600 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s (BAC+5) in business law/contracts/new technologies, ideally with a business school program, international experience, and/or being an eligible law student (élève-avocat).
  • •Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • •Knowledge of new technology law and strong understanding of technically complex contracts.
  • •Competence in personal data matters, including GDPR regulatory context and operational implications.
  • •Ability to work in regulated environments (ideally payments) with strong organization, rigor, and autonomy.
