Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and deployment of an internal agentic application platform to transition from third-party vendor reliance to in-house building.
  • •Redefine the AI-augmented Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by partnering with PMs, TPMs, and SWEs to embed GenAI and intelligent automation into operational workflows.
  • •Orchestrate large-scale, highly complex programs across multiple business units, including security hardening and enterprise-wide platform migrations.
  • •Establish rigorous metrics, manage observability, and evaluate system ROI to improve platform adoption, employee NPS, and organizational value.
  • •Provide technical mentorship and leadership to a team of 3–4 TPMs, scaling execution and championing distributed systems excellence.

Salary: USD 222,500 - 305,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical program management experience leading highly complex, company-wide transformations in hyper-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or Tier-1 environments.
  • •Proven people management experience overseeing lean teams of TPMs while staying deeply technical as a hands-on leader.
  • •Deep architectural and systems fluency to navigate discussions involving distributed systems and large-scale data infrastructure, including environments like Scala.
  • •Experience driving structural change management, shifting culture from software procurement (RFPs) to native product building and fit-gap analysis.
  • •Data-driven mindset leveraging data analytics (SQL, Python, or data notebooks) to define KPIs and quantify performance metrics.
