Job Summary

Serve as the primary functional and business process expert for an assigned SAP domain, partnering with business stakeholders and the SAP Center of Excellence. Lead business analysis and discovery, translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and configure and test new functionality using SAP best practices and Clean Core. Provide Level 2/3 production support with incident resolution, problem management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering, integration, SAP Basis, security, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary functional and business process expert within an assigned SAP domain, serving as the key interface between business stakeholders and the SAP Center of Excellence.
•Lead business process discovery workshops, fit-to-standard assessments, solution design sessions, and translate requirements into functional specifications and SAP solution designs.
•Provide advanced SAP functional configuration, testing, and validation, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.
•Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 production support, resolve incidents and service requests, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
•Coordinate testing and deployments (unit, integration, regression, UAT), manage change/release/transport processes in line with ITIL service management, and support SAP implementations and transformation programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•4–6 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, business analysis, or SAP application support.
•Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, EWM, TM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, QM).
•Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
•Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions, including production support, incident management, and problem resolution.
