Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day management of the regional capital plan, ensuring portfolio entries are current and forecasts reflect real-time project progress and financial status.
  • •Act as primary steward for project financial data, auditing project management reports, invoices, and budgets to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or billing errors.
  • •Investigate budget variances to determine and resolve systemic root causes, maintaining overall portfolio health.
  • •Produce detailed construction cost estimates and contribute to benchmarking, capturing actual project costs to improve internal estimating tools and cost models.
  • •Champion process discipline across the project lifecycle (budget submission to change management) and provide commercial advisory aligned with corporate real estate objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, quantity surveying, or real estate finance, with a focus on corporate office fit-outs.
  • •Deep commercial acumen to connect construction spend to P&L impacts and identify value engineering opportunities.
  • •Advanced Excel skills to build reliable, self-auditing models and formula-efficient calculations.
  • •Strong analytical rigor with the ability to verify complex datasets, audit invoices, and resolve calculation anomalies through root-cause investigation.
