Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day management, governance, and continuous improvement of Value-Added Services (VAS) across the EMEA distribution network.
  • •Act as the primary operational contact for VAS onboarding, setup, maintenance, issue resolution, and customer-specific requirements.
  • •Manage EMEA sub-inventory governance across B-Grade, C-Grade, donation, recycling, destruction, and outlet inventory processes.
  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs for VAS performance, inventory management, operational compliance, and financial impact.
  • •Identify trends, risks, and process inefficiencies using data analysis and root cause analysis; document and ensure consistent execution across Distribution Centres.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing inventory and VAS operations in a supply chain/logistics environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience developing and using operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
