Job Summary

Drive the vision and roadmap for PUMA’s Teamsport OSS and a cutting-edge 3D product configurator, coordinating across global stakeholders, designers and development teams. Own lifecycle management, ensure accurate data and timely launches each season, translate business needs into clear requirements, define KPIs, and optimize adoption and ROI in a fast-paced, ecommerce-enabled environment.

Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own and continuously evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
•Own the seasonal readiness and lifecycle management of the 3D configurator, ensuring all product data, designs, materials, colorways, pricing, and customization options are accurately maintained and launched on time each season.
•Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog.
•Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, product development teams and engineers.
•Define and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and business impact.

Key Requirements

•5-8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, IT Project Manager or similar roles.
•Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital platforms, and customer-facing B2B/B2C products.
•Ability to balance technical complexity with business and consumer experience quality.
•Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and managing product backlogs.
•Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product decisions clearly to stakeholders.
