Job Summary

Serve as the primary technical partner to the field sales team, guiding prospects through the evaluation stage of the Harness platform. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations for executive, business, and technical audiences, debug customer-reported issues, and connect customer business problems to technical solutions. Represent Harness at conferences and field events, respond to RFIs/RFPs, convey requirements to engineering, and maintain deep, up-to-date product and technology knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver product demonstrations that clearly explain how the software provides value to customers.
•Provide primary technical support for the field sales force and drive/manage the technology evaluation stage.
•Work directly with customers to debug common errors during evaluations and engagements.
•Represent the product at field events such as conferences and seminars.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Harness technologies and convey customer requirements to Engineering teams.

•Ability to deliver world-class product demos and presentations of the platform.
•Experience working with customers to debug common errors and prove product value through technical engagements.
•Strong cloud knowledge, including infrastructure automation experience such as Terraform.
•Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and convey customer requirements to Engineering.
•You are either actively developing software or have prior developer/DevOps experience and can travel within the sales territory with minimal restrictions.
