Key Responsibilities

•Operate with a high degree of autonomy to support tax reporting, compliance, audit, and planning activities, applying statutory guidance to financial data.
•Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 (US GAAP).
•Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
•Support the financial close process, including account reconciliations, tax return preparation, and collection/analysis of accounting guidance and tax research.
•Prepare technical memoranda to support tax positions in financial statements and statutory filings for management review.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field; minimum 5 years of related experience
•CPA license preferred
•Experience preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 (US GAAP)
•Strong understanding of relevant statutory guidance and its application to financial data
•Experience with automation and process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
