Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while following retail and asset protection procedures.
