Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead inbound logistics planning for international and retail launches, including lead times, shipping schedules, and first-stock delivery to 3PLs and retail DCs.
  • •Translate retail partner requirements (routing guides, labelling, ASNs, case and pallet specs) into instructions for 3PLs and freight partners, ensuring inbound deliveries meet requirements.
  • •Coordinate inbound and cross-border shipments, managing bookings, Incoterms, customs documentation, and delivery appointments; track milestones and in-transit inventory.
  • •Manage daily inventory and procurement support, including PO processing, goods receipts, BOM upkeep, and offline fulfillment tracking.
  • •Track compliance inputs for EPR and product registrations, then turn post-launch learnings into repeatable templates and playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (ideally in FMCG/CPG or fast-growing retail).
  • •Solid understanding of international shipping, customs documents, Incoterms, and physical retail logistics (routing guides, ASNs, delivery windows).
  • •Experience working with ERPs, inventory management tools, and 3PL web portals.
  • •Exceptional organisational skills to turn cross-functional complexity into clear, actionable checklists.
