  • •Act as project manager accountable for assigned mechanical equipment components throughout the product life cycle.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery of quality products and documentation.
  • •Establish and mature relationships with global engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and the supply base for assigned components.
  • •Resolve technical issues, support design and qualification, and drive failure investigation and corrective actions (including FRACAS).

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • •Experience designing and qualifying mechanical aircraft components.
  • •Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior level leadership.
  • •Preferred experience with mechanical equipment design, supplier design, build-to-print hardware, or similar mechanism systems.
  • •Preferred experience with RTCA DO-160 testing, DFMEA per AS9145, and/or Catia V5.
