Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect ELV installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
  • •Monitor ELV systems including structured cabling, ICT/network infrastructure, CCTV, access control, security systems, public address, intercom, and BMS interfaces.
  • •Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure installation quality and compliance with approved design and project requirements.
  • •Review shop drawings, material submissions, Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and relevant technical documentation.
  • •Identify and report defects, non-conformances (NCRs), and quality issues; follow up on corrective actions and maintain inspection records and site reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, ICT Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in data center, mission-critical, commercial, or large-scale projects.
  • •Experience in ELV engineering, PMC, client-side consultancy, or construction supervision, including inspection of contractor works.
  • •Strong knowledge of ELV systems including structured cabling, ICT/network infrastructure, CCTV, access control, security systems, and related low-voltage systems.
  • •Experience reviewing shop drawings, Method Statements, ITPs, and technical submissions, plus site inspections, NCRs, punch lists, and testing/commissioning.
