Crew Manager, Inflight Performance (Charlotte, NC, US)

Supervise and coordinate flight attendants’ performance within the Inflight Performance team (Customer Experience-Flight). Manage day-to-day performance reports, lead performance conversations, and update attendance and performance records in APS. Ensure compliance with inflight policies, procedures, and regulations, provide coaching and counseling for performance concerns, and implement appropriate actions for violations. Support performance-focused inflight initiatives and participate in task forces to plan the team’s future direction.
