Job Summary

Support Keeper Security’s EMEA B2B sales cycle with deep technical pre-sales and post-sales assistance. Identify customer technical requirements, map them to Keeper solutions, and deliver demonstrations, trials, and level-2 technical help. Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to stay current on features and address objections. Maintain accurate Salesforce activity, collaborate with partners, and travel as needed to customer meetings.

•Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process.
•Identify customer opportunities, understand business needs, and match technical requirements to Keeper solutions.
•Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, remotely or on-site, and provide trials and evaluations.
•Support implementation and integration and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers.
•Maintain accurate Salesforce activity and report to management; collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to stay updated on product changes.

Key Requirements

•Technical background in networking and security applications, plus cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong presentation ability for technical and executive audiences.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
