Machine Operator

Operate assigned packaging/processing equipment as part of a plant team, following directions from floor supervisors and the plant manager. Maintain workstation orderliness, cleanliness, and safety while ensuring products are packaged to required quality standards. Read and sign off on quality control documents, reject items that don’t meet standards, and report issues such as machine downtime or grinder mistakes. Perform frequent grinder checks to ensure proper function.
