Provide preventative and diagnostic services in patients’ homes as a temporary, full-time mobile phlebotomist. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE to care for the day’s patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
•Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and perform diagnostic and low-acuity services.
•Perform phlebotomy/specimen collection and coordinate proper sample labeling and drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
•Render services comfortably for patients and deliver patient-centric care with compassion and care coordination support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to operate autonomously with a focus on exceptional quality.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training, or national certification where state licensure is not required.
•Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, plus proof of completion of an appropriate course/program based on licensure level.
•A valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance, with reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
•Ability to physically access and navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds while walking.
