Lead end-to-end video creative execution and visual storytelling across BJAK’s marketing and brand channels. Own concepts, storyboards, and production for fast-turnaround social content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu. Oversee professional post-production including editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling, while mentoring junior editors and collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams.
