Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the contractor’s principal management interface with Government and program stakeholders, including CO/COR, technical leads, DHA J6 leadership, EITSI, and cybersecurity.
  • •Lead the transition-in effort, including staffing ramp, CAC/GFE coordination, onboarding/training, GFI/GFE transfer, documentation review, historic data transition, and network discovery readiness.
  • •Manage distributed enterprise IT services using centralized governance, remote-first triage, on-site/near-site support, on-call rotation, and SLA-aligned dispatch.
  • •Own CONUS/OCONUS staffing execution across recruiting, retention, replacement planning, surge support, unstaffed-site coverage, and continuity during turnover/emergency operations.
  • •Oversee quality control, self-inspection, performance surveillance, issue prevention/nonrecurrence, monthly reporting, RMF/ATO support, and enterprise change enablement across the DHA ITSM environment.

Key Requirements

  • •An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent allowed by solicitation).
  • •At least 10 years of progressively responsible IT operations, network operations, infrastructure sustainment, service delivery, or program/contract management, including 5 years leading multi-site federal/DoD IT teams.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing LAN/WLAN/WAN sustainment and distributed IT support across CONUS and/or OCONUS environments.
  • •Experience managing ITSM-based operations and incident/problem/change/request/asset/service-level/escalation/reporting processes in ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing platform.
