Substitute Teacher

Join an on-call, as-needed Substitute Teacher team supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6. Step in when full-time teachers are out, assist with daily routines and classroom activities, and help create a warm, safe, engaging learning environment. Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care while modeling patience, professionalism, and kindness. No formal Montessori training required—training is provided during onboarding.
