Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs before reconditioning and after the paint process.
  • •Conduct vehicle cosmetic inspections within Carvana’s reconditioning workflow.
  • •Perform prep tasks as needed, including sanding and masking.
  • •Support paint readiness by preparing vehicles for cosmetic paintwork when required.
