Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global sourcing strategy for vehicle accessories, including supplier selection strategy and make/buy decisions.
  • •Lead complex negotiations and manage accessories-related MSAs, SOWs, and long-term agreements.
  • •Partner with SQE and Engineering on APQP, PPAP, Run@Rate, and launch readiness for accessory programs.
  • •Own end-to-end lifecycle management, including cost reductions, running changes, dual sourcing, and end-of-life strategies.
  • •Establish supplier scorecards, manage cost/performance/risk, mentor GSM-level team members, and provide executive-level reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles in an automotive or manufacturing environment, preferably for Direct Materials.
  • •Proven success leading strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations for finished goods and assemblies.
  • •Experience supporting product development and launch cycles.
  • •Strong understanding of quality systems, lifecycle cost management, and supplier performance management.
