Lead Engineer, Systems Development

Provide subject matter expertise in thermal management system design for data center and semiconductor environments, while applying broad HVAC system knowledge. Develop thermal management systems using Trane and sourced equipment and controls—from scoping and concept development through engineering analysis, validation, and documented control requirements. Analyze complex system issues, support reference design strategy, collaborate with product teams and partners, and deliver customer/industry technical presentations with occasional overnight travel.
