Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records. Deliver strong customer service by understanding client financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting sales outreach through outbound calls. Cross-train to assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, new account openings, and problem resolution while following internal controls, risk management, and branch procedures.

•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
