  • •Develop and execute strategies supporting employee safety, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, sustainability, and workplace excellence.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, local requirements, and corporate standards while promoting safety and accountability.
  • •Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, emergency preparedness, business continuity, contractor safety, and security programs.
  • •Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, utilities, infrastructure, material handling equipment, workplace services, and facility improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • •8+ years of progressive leadership experience in EHS, facilities, security, workplace services, operations, logistics, or distribution center environments.
  • •Proven experience leading teams, vendors, and complex site operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, facilities infrastructure, physical security, and risk management.
  • •Experience managing operating and capital budgets, vendor contracts, and facility-related investments.
