  • •Evaluate SLA performance and research ways to implement service improvements that increase efficiency and best-value services.
  • •Recommend and drive continuous improvement/re-engineering initiatives to simplify processes, eliminate waste, and reduce risks.
  • •Provide technical and managerial leadership, including contract and subcontractor management, and supervise assigned staff.
  • •Participate in planning and produce technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order administrative reporting.
  • •Manage projects using Agile methodology (Scrum), coordinate deliverables with clients and teams, and analyze requirements to ensure quality solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors Degree in a STEM discipline with 12+ years of experience, or a Masters Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • •Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • •ITIL 5 Foundation and a DoD 8140-compliant cyber certification.
  • •Experience in enterprise project management, program analysis, and systems engineering for DoD IT programs.
  • •Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering methods/tools.
