Key Responsibilities

  • •Reconcile materials daily to ensure accurate physical inventory.
  • •Execute physical cycle counts by ABC and COGI classifications scheduled by the Cycle Count Analyst.
  • •Control collection and physical disposition of excess and obsolete (E&O) materials to the Scrap area.
  • •Coordinate participation in the annual physical inventory.
  • •Audit sensitive materials in production areas and follow management system procedures and legal/EHS requirements.

  • •High school diploma/approved secondary level; preferably a university student in business administration or engineering-related fields.
  • •Basic English knowledge.
  • •Basic Microsoft Office 365 knowledge and ability to use a computer.

  • •Preferred: basic SAP system knowledge; forklift (montacargas) handling certificate; material handling knowledge (receiving, storage, issuing); familiarity with scales/basculas.
