Key Responsibilities

  • •Define what “good” looks like by designing quota structures and performance standards for the sales team, ensuring accurate calibration as the team grows.
  • •Design and operationalize performance systems, including frameworks for identifying strong GTM performance and addressing underperformance fairly.
  • •Build incentive systems and own variable compensation structure, including accelerators/thresholds and maintaining fair, motivating compensation at scale.
  • •Set team spend guardrails by defining and enforcing budget rules, balancing growth with unit economics.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Sales Leadership, and People to ensure systems are grounded in business reality and implemented effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •6-10 years of experience with a mix of consulting/finance and direct start-up experience.
  • •Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable working with data and translating insights into recommendations.
  • •First-principles approach to ambiguous problems and ability to challenge historical assumptions.
  • •Operational excellence with strong project management skills and experience building scalable systems/processes.
  • •Results-driven, metrics-oriented, and able to roll up sleeves to drive outcomes when the path isn’t fully clear.
