Own the full sales cycle for new course and department adoptions in Humanities, Social Sciences & Gale. Lead consultative discovery, deliver tailored digital walkthroughs and demos, and secure multi-section wins with faculty influencers and academic leaders. Partner with Product Consultants for complex presentations and coordinate with Account Teams to drive digital usage and competitive displacement. Manage territory pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce and Outlook, based in targeted geographies.

•Own the end-to-end sales cycle for course and department-level new adoptions and competitive takeaways.
•Identify, qualify, develop, and close new digital opportunities within the assigned discipline.
•Establish relationships with deans, department chairs, coordinators, and faculty influencers to secure multi-section or multi-course wins.
•Lead consultative discovery and deliver tailored product demonstrations and digital walkthroughs aligned to faculty workflows and outcomes.
•Manage territory pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce and Outlook calendars to guide prioritization and forecast accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,000 - 67,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of customer-facing sales, education, or training experience with strong performance evidence, or 5+ years equivalent experience.
•Strong consultative selling and presentation skills to influence faculty and academic leaders.
•High digital proficiency with learning platforms and comfort delivering virtual and in-person demos.
•Strong relationship-building capabilities and credibility with academic stakeholders.
•Ability to independently handle a territory, pipeline, and complete sales cycle using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), with ability to travel to campuses and events as required.
