Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users in an Enterprise IT environment, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • •Assist with the configuration, management, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications within Linux and Microsoft environments.
  • •Support and utilize COTs software tools like MECM, BMC FootPrints, and other tools to manage end-user systems and resolve incidents.
  • •Perform system administration tasks such as user account management, password resets, permissions, certificates, and group policy updates.
  • •Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting virtual desktop environments using tools like VMware, ESXi, and VSphere.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • •Must be able to work shift schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred) is required on day 1.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain SCI after start. U.S. citizenship is required.
