Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including defining scope, safety requirements, materials, labor, and timelines.
  • •Manage the end-to-end maintenance planning process, including work orders, backlog prioritization, and scheduling.
  • •Coordinate with operations and engineering to align maintenance with production and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain and manage spare parts, Bills of Material (BOMs), and requisitions within SAP systems.
  • •Create and improve job plans to drive standardization and continuous improvement; support budgeting and serve as backup to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment (e.g., food, pharma, refinery).
